Haixin's history
Haixin was established in April 2012.
In June 2012, Haixin mass-produced low gas chromium powder in two months, with gas and trace element content controlled close to the level of high-purity metal chromium. The product has reached the specifications for high-end target materials and plasma spraying.
In October 2012, Haixin introduced advanced domestic equipment, successfully debugged and installed the vacuum melting furnace, launched high-temperature alloys, absorbers, and multi-element series alloys.
In February 2013, Haixin underwent technological innovation by replacing hydrogenation and dehydrogenation processes with mechanical powder production. The cost of titanium powder in the form of titanium was reduced by 7000 yuan per ton compared to hydrogenation processes, and the quality fully met the industry standards for additives.
In May 2013, Haixin gradually increased its market share of titanium powder, achieving a monthly production target of 150 tons.
In October 2013, Haixin successfully debugged and installed its nitriding furnace and sintering furnace, successfully launched its nitride series and carbide series products. With quality, it quickly occupied the domestic market and increased reputation in the metal materials industry.
In March 2014, Haixin was requested by a domestic military enterprise to introduce advanced zirconium powder production equipment and technology, and produced military explosive zirconium powder and ordinary powder metallurgy zirconium powder, which passed the testing of military enterprises.
In October 2014, independently developed boride series products and silicide series products.
The metal additive series products were fully put into operation in May 2015.
In October 2015, the company strengthened its product research and development efforts, attracted high-end technical talents, established a technology research and development department, and established Haixin's technology oriented business philosophy. The company's products and technology have once again successfully transformed.
In December 2015, the additive type titanium powder process gradually improved and increased, and the production capacity once again reached a new high.
In January 2016, the marketing department established two marketing centers, domestic and international, and the team gradually improved, providing fresh blood for the further development of the enterprise.
In June 2016, the export market gradually opened up, and multiple products were tested by foreign customers. Haixin's market has extended overseas, and our company will make unremitting efforts to contribute to the development of the Chinese economy.
In December 2017, the titanium powder transformation titanium agent was successfully launched and received full recognition from customers in the aluminum industry, with a market share of 60% of Haixin's total sales.
In October 2018, through the unremitting efforts of our technical personnel, our company successfully developed ultrafine powder of hafnium carbide with particle size Dv50<lum and Dv90<1.5um, and Haixin broke through new technologies.
In October 2019, the new energy storage material MXene raw material Ti3AlC2 was successfully developed and mass-produced with an alloying degree of 96%, making a huge contribution to the research and development of energy storage materials in China.
In November 2020, the successful development of ultrafine zirconium carbide further enriched the company's product structure, consolidated and enhanced the company's product advantages, and helped to enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness in the field of scientific research and military manufacturing, laying the foundation for the company's sustainable development.
On March 1, 2021, Haixin invested in 5 ton level medium frequency furnaces and multiple automatic crushing and screening production lines to produce zirconium iron alloys. The supply is large and the price is low. It has signed long-term supply contracts with multiple magnetic material manufacturers.
On July 1, 2021, after 6 months of research and development, Haixin officially put into operation the carbon thermal reduction method for zirconium boride and titanium boride. The process is environmentally friendly, with high alloying degree, uniform particle size distribution, low oxygen content, and low impurities.
In August 2021, our company's project "Series of Ultra High Temperature and Ultra Hard Superconducting Energy Storage Functional Ceramic Powder and Preparation Technology" won the third prize in the Liaoning division of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
On November 30, 2021, Jiamai (Liaoning) New Materials Co., Ltd. was established to expand production, with a total investment of 35 million yuan. It is located in Tanghezi Industrial Park, Taihe District, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, with a total base area of 6443.71 square meters and a building area of 12811.2 square meters. The project covers an area of approximately 14951.17 square meters. Multiple production lines will be built for functional ceramic powders, new energy storage materials, and high-temperature alloys, increasing the monthly output of single variety ceramic powders to the ton level.
In January 2022, our company's project "Integration and Application Demonstration of Key Technologies for the Preparation of New Energy Storage Materials" was included in the fourth batch of key research and development plan targeted projects in Liaoning Province.
In September 2023, we will break through the high-purity synthesis process of rare earth compounds and customize the production of rare earth borides such as lanthanum hexaboride, cerium hexaboride, praseodymium hexaboride, neodymium hexaboride, samarium hexaboride, europium hexaboride, dysprosium hexaboride, yttrium hexaboride, ytterbium hexaboride, gadolinium hexaboride, etc.
In March 2024, Jiamai (Liaoning) New Materials Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation with a total investment of 60 million yuan, accounting for an investment intensity of 2.6 million yuan/mu. The main construction includes two factories for powder metallurgy and high-purity metal purification, four new production lines, and the purchase of 58 sets of equipment.
In June 2024, Wang Mingyu, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference and Deputy Secretary of the Party Group, visited Jinzhou to conduct research on promoting the construction of an advanced non-ferrous metal material industry cluster in our province, and came to our company for guidance.
In January 2025, our company's iodination process production line will be officially put into use. Combined with our unique multi-step purification production process, we will achieve industrial mass production of 99.99% -99.9999% high-purity vanadium, high-purity zirconium, high-purity titanium, and high-purity hafnium, with an annual output of up to 30 tons.
